The Test, the idea…
So this is the start to my Blog. I feel like this is much like a forum so therefore I am going to treat it like one.
My name is Colton Weingarden, I am a College Student at Texas A&M, I am a bit of an oddball here but I like it. I am a Junior and going for a BS (You know it) in Psychology. I am in a blog class for politics so I am going to start out with a bit of a mission statement to help lead me in the right direction.
I tend to see that many of todays politics are directed at the heads of the political parties. Now I have always had a problem with voting for a president solely on the party he or she is heading because I never can fully agree with all of their policies and feelings towards topics. Now I am not here to flame or hate but I definatly want to point out some of the more interesting points and facts on many of these issues.
I am highly opinionated however, I am a Pychology major so i will do my best to present both sides and argue from there. Now what I am getting at is, instead of pointing at Obama went and did this or Mccain said that, I want to go for the issues that tend to sway someone in favor of either candidate… topics such as War, Gun Control, Gay Marriage, Abortion, topics related to or personal lives/family/friends. I might even branch into a few economic issues such as Gas prices and the increasing minimum wage.
Hope this will be as interesting to read as to write.
